PUPU Party Menu

Beef tenderloin, chicken tenderloin and jumbo shrimp skewers, cooked on site and passed to guests

Fresh melon (cantaloupe, watermelon and honeydew) and berries, on skewers and/or on a platter

Caprese skewers, to be passed

Fresh vegetable platter with radishes, carrots, celery hearts, assorted bell peppers, cucumber, Spanish and black olives, and asparagus
Ranch dressing on the side for dipping

Seared ahi platter with pickled ginger, and wasabi and soy sauce on the side

Smoked salmon platter with capers, chopped red onion, crème fresh and fresh dill with crostini
