Your generous contribution of catered lunch for eight for the “Explore La Perouse” package not only added value to the auction, but als to the evening’s proceeds, which totaled over $60,000 for the Maui Coastal Land and Trust.
With four land conservation projects protecting over 10,000 acres due for completion in 2009, Maui Coastal Land and Trust is gearing up for marked growth. Maui Classic Charters has had the pleasure of working with Theresa Finch-Bayside Catering
for our private charters as well as internal company events for the last four years. She has been a pleasure to work with, helping to create special menus for our charters and parties. She is always fun to plan with and very professional.
We have always been delighted with her service and the quality of the meals she provides. The guests (and crew) have always been very happy with Theresa’s product and the format of serving food on the go (such as a boat) is not an easy venue to keep hot, fresh and tasty. Once again you outdid yourselves! Everything was PERFECT! Not one single complaint from our homeowners group! The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the bread pudding was outstanding!
